My apetite is getting bigger and this shit is scaring me. Before 1300 calories used to be enough for me, and sometimes I would force myself to eat in order to reach the goal.
But now I feel like I am starving myself, I want to eat more but I just can’t. I am so hungry that all I think is my next meal..I cant even concentrate on my studies..
I am considering increasing my calorie intake to 1400-1500 calories and workout more to balance that. I have to eat more because I dont want to fail, I want this diet to be long term and not cause binging.
